We are interested in the services that X1 Systems
provides, how do we get started? |
If your project falls under the category of new construction, your
first step will be to call us to set up an appointment at our showroom.
During this meeting we will ask the questions necessary to gather the
information we need to develop a proposal for your
project. Our showroom will provide you with the opportunity to experience
the latest in audio and video technologies first hand in order to
develop a better understanding of what your finished project will be
able to accomplish.

How far do you travel? |
Typically, most of our work has taken place within a 30 mile radius
of the Greater Pittsburgh area. However, we have traveled to Ohio,
West Virginia, Maryland and as far east as Philadelphia. We examine each job
individually and make the determination based upon the scope of work
for the project.

Who performs your installations? |
All work in your home will be peformed by the company's
owners. X1 Systems does not hire sub-contractors or have
any non-owner employees. This is done in order to ensure the highest
level of quality work and accountabilty on your project from beginning
to end.
X1 Systems can provide full electrical and general
contracting services to our clients. These services are not provided
under the umbrella of X1 Systems, but are closely monitored by our
staff to ensure that all of our design requirements are properly
implemented. You are entitled to find and hire your own electrical
and general contractors and are in no way obligated to work with
our recommended service providers. We provide access to these contractors
for your convenience and have chosen them based on their past
work experience on projects in our industry.
